Competitive Analysis and Social Posting Project
For this assignment, I was tasked with overseeing strategic social media content creation for Buhi, developing its social content strategy, and conducting analysis of competitors’ social presences.
Buhi, an e-commerce and retail bag supplier, specializes in selling backpacks, purse, wallet and duffel products. The company is planning to announce a product line expansion: premium wristwatches. I was tasked with conducting competitive research on three major watch brands’ Facebook accounts, monitoring the content they post and developing an action plan.

Creating a Company LinkedIn Profile and Developing Posts: Dubai Nature Conservancy
For this assignment, I was tasked with creating my own new Dubai environmental sustainability company/brand.
One of the major goals of the project is to franchise my company (Dubai Nature Conservancy) and expand locations across the United Arab Emirates. To do so, I needed to market to business professionals and investors wishing to open their own franchise of my new Dubai environmental sustainability company. I was tasked with creating a LinkedIn page for Dubai Nature Conservancy and LinkedIn posts to highlight the franchising opportunities. The LinkedIn page should be targeted towards potential investors and explain the value of why they should invest in my company.

Peak Apparel Photo Contest:
Peak Home Adventure
For this assignment, I was tasked with creating a photo contest for Peak Apparel, an outdoor sports brand focused on hiking, fishing and camping. I was tasked with running a social media marketing campaign that can help Peak Apparel grow its email list and collect content that can be used across Peak's website, blog, and social media channels. I also needed to make sure that my prize is relevant to Peak’s core audience.

Identifying and Analyzing a Social Media Crisis:
Netflix’s ‘Cuties’ Controversy
For this assignment, I was tasked with finding an example of a company / brand that encountered a social media crisis. I was tasked with analyzing the crisis, how the company identified and responded to the crisis and providing feedback on the situation. I chose to focus on how Netflix faced its biggest social media crisis and PR scandal when purchasing the streaming rights to a French film called ‘Cuties.’
