SOCIAL MEDIA KPI'S

Upon reviewing and evaluating the current performance of  CUD’s social media platform’ we were able to identify the above KPIs. CUD’s instagram page currently has 14.2 thousand followers, and receives an average of 200 likes per post and 1450 views per post. The page circulates images and videos as posts on an average of two to three times per week, and publishes instagram stories on a daily basis. The official CUD facebook page has a total of 197 thousand likes and 198 thousand follows with an average of 8 likes per post. Therefore the main goal of our social media campaign is to increase awareness of the competition as well as increase the engagement with the campaign’s target audience.

PARTICIPANT EVALUATION

In order to evaluate the performance of our campaign, we will be monitoring the exposure of our advertisements, number of particiapnts interested through registering, and the number of participants who suvvefsully submit their work for the contest. Additionally, we shall be sending out surveys through emails to evaluate the participants experience and feedback.
