Global Issues

There are various factors that can impact a brand, it is positioning, and its trajectory. External factors such as global issues, relating to sociocultural, political, environmental, economic, and technological issues, can directly affect a brand by promoting them to take a stance or use their platform to address the issue at hand, and in most cases, actively taking measures and creating initiatives to either help resolve or support an issue. This global issue that has the most significance to both Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways is Education, the reason being, Education is the foundation and the core element that is required for any brand or entity to advance and propel forward. It is also through Education that the UAE has been able to achieve so much for being quite a young country. Infact, by raising the educational standards and offerings, the poverty and knowledge gap of a society drastically reduces. We will be exploring it further. However, in addition to Education here are some other global issues:
