Mission & Vision
Erudite's mission is to allow every student to have access to memberships in the National Speech & Debate Association, providing the educational resources, competitive opportunities, and expertise necessary to foster their communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creative skills.

Erudite company focuses on these points to have a strong and effective debate:

To provide participating students a valuable educational activity with a primary emphasis on intercollegiate debate competition.

To present public debates, host debate competitions and instructional institutes, and to expose the University and the surrounding community to the democratizing and dialectical educational benefits of debate.

To offer debate activities which improve critical thinking, research skills, ethical argumentation, advocacy, analysis, persuasion, oral presentation, listening, organization, teamwork, group problem solving, citizenship, and leadership.
Goals

To educate students and faculty on the pros and cons of media in terms of literacy and illiteracy.

To educate students and faculty on whether media may result in becoming literate or illiterate.

To educate students and faculty on the importance of media affecting us in terms of literacy and illiteracy.

To increase awareness by social media mentions using designated event hashtags on at least three social media platforms for advocacy.

To drive traffic to the event by at least having 60 attendees.

To attract 10% more attendees than our C2HR

To analyze the extent at which media exposure makes an individual less or more illiterate.
Core Competency & Sustainable Competitive Advantage
People nowadays living in an increasingly digitized and mediated environment, We wanted to focus on these point to have a valuable debate in campus of Canadian university in Dubai.
The students in the group are all a good listeners which means they can understand and learn from what others say. Also, they are a good speakers, so they can Conveys ideas and facts orally using language the audience will best understand and they are all able to speak astutely, and in-depth understanding of our topic whether, "ELECTRONIC MEDIA MAKING US MORE OR LESS ILLITERATE?"
More over, we will not forget the ethics & Integrity that they all have to Earn others trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
Lastly, the team work between them to Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve the debate goals.
With this debate,we keep in mind that our goal is to persuade our audience that we, or our company and its products and services, are the right choice. Mastering our subject to cogently formulate our thoughts and arguments will help us communicate our value statements and position in contrast to the competition.
