COMPETITORS IN THE MARKET
Where do we stand?
Canadian University Dubai has many competitors especially since it is planning to introduce a new department of music and dramatic arts that will be launched in spring 2022. Many of these competitors are music, dance, and/ or theater institutes. Just a few universities are competitors due to the uniqueness of the department and program itself, making it a difficult situation yet if the managed right could be a quick start for many great opportunities to happen, making Canadian University Dubai the first university in Dubai to introduce a fully equipped department of music and dramatic arts. Our four main competitors are 1. Melodica Music and dance institute, 2. New york university AbuDhabi, 3. American University of Sharjah and 4. Brooklyn Melodies Music Center. They all share the main aspect of having music, dance, or theater program. In the Figure below is our competitive analysis which explains the different institutes, time period, target audience, fees, location, and type of marketing they use.
