“Showtime - Open house” Campaign
“Showtime” will be held for one week – January 2nd till January 9th, 2022.
For this stage of the campaign, the strategy will be mainly to communicate the concept of showing our target audience the department before classes start, to help enhance their expectations. The campaign will be an open house event called “Showtime” where the main purpose is to show our target audience the equipment, introduce them to our professors, students, campus, dean, the stage/theatre and also answer any questions about the university and department. The event will include students that are enrolled in CUD to show our guests around and speak more in terms of their experience, and the benefits of joining the university. The event will be holding a performance by our future professors to show their talent to parents and future students, to help increase their motivation into having the professors’ skills and talents.
Future students and parents who are willing to take an action into registering in the department during the event will be offered a fee deduction of 10%. We will also promote the showtime open house event by creating two versions of a radio ad; an Arabic one and an English one, to attract the biggest amount of audience there is. For Guerrilla marketing, we will be creating guerrilla marketing that will be placed on the Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the busiest and main roads in Dubai. Finally, the social media; social media content will be shared on all platforms that are mentioned above (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok).
