Place (distribution) Strategy
The distribution strategy for the Canadian University Dubai’s new department; The department of Music and Dramatic Arts will be placed on the main roads of Dubai such as Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohamed Bin Zayed road. We will also be holding an event in schools such as Kings School Al Barsha and Dubai International Academy.

As seen with the recent Campus expansion to City Walk Dubai, the Canadian University aims to open a whole new department. This will transform the Communication, Media department and turn it into the Department of Media, Performance, and Design. The importance of this move is very significant. The reason the move to City Walk happened is quite obvious. The old campus was too small and basically lacked a lot of facilities that the students demanded. With the City Walk expansion, it is a lot more appealing to younger people, more spacious, and offers more than the previous campus.
The name City Walk alone attracts customers. It is an outdoor mall that has branded itself a quite unique mall with all the graffiti art on some building walls as well as the wavy modern architecture. It is an outdoor mall which has a lot of facilities as well as a lot of things to do such as a cinema, shops, restaurants, exhibitions, kids play area, gaming hubs, and apartment buildings. The cinema in City Walk is quite big as it has 20 screens available for viewing different movies, the restaurants and cafes are a wide variety as there are almost cuisines from all over the world as well as quick fast-food restaurants like McDonalds.

The shops in City Walk can be seen as luxurious and expensive, like Calvin Klein, Swarovski, The Rolls Royce boutique, and over 300 more iconic global and local fashion brands. There is an exhibition for a Turkish TV series called “Hareem Al Sultan” that showcases iconic outfits and scenery from the show. The show has become a worldwide hit with over 400 million viewers across the world. There is a huge gaming hub/theme park called “Hub Zero” for teenagers and kids, that offers a thrilling experience. Finally, the option to live in the City Walk’s five and six-story apartments which range to over 1,500 houses to reside in.
